Yes, you can bring a spouse, significant other or friend.  Please no kids.

[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All winners will be notified by January 8th and all RSVP's must be received by February 1st!  Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot in the March trip.

In order to enter the Dominican Republic you must purchase a tourist card.  We will pre-purchase these for you and send in an attachment 1 week before the trip.  Please make sure you print these out.  There will be one per person!

Please book your flight directly with the airline and submit an expense report to be reimbursed.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided?

Yes when you arrive to Punta Cana airport, please proceed through customs and immigration, then pickup luggage.  There will be luggage handlers who pull each bag and stack them up, it is okay to say no thank you and take your bag or you can use the luggage handlers (please provide tip).  Please follow signs towards the exit.  You will hotel counters to the left and on the right companies holding up individual signs.  Please look for the WordStream sign held by Connect DMC once you exit the airport.  

To make the arrival process quicker and more pleasant we insist each guest purchase their tourist card and print it out BEFORE ARRIVAL.  This will save 30+ minutes of waiting in line and is the same cost if purchased ahead of time.  Please purchase here and print out before the trip:


For departures you must check out from the hotel, keep that departure card and meet downstairs from the lobby check-in.  We will be departing from the downstairs exit (where the arrivals private check-in table was setup).  

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

Please email Marci@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests.  Each additional night is $620 per room (Double Occupancy).   Any extensions need to be approved in advance by your SVP.



[fa icon="plus-square"] What should I pack?

This is a casual trip, shorts/bathing suits and sandals will be worn for most of the event!  

For men please bring one pair of long pants and loafers for our final dinner.  

[fa icon="plus-square"] What can I expense from this trip?

Given the resort is all-inclusive, we ask that you only expense airport transfers (home to airport round-trip) for this event!

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  All updates and changes will be communicated to you through email in a timely manner.  This means you should be using the hotel wi-fi once a day to check for any updates or special events added.

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
